By creating an account or using MegaToolBox, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced within the platform.
Service description
MegaToolBox provides Pinterest automation features including account connection, website management, board sync, AI pin generation, image analysis, CSV import, queue scheduling, cron publishing, analytics, logs, and backups.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload, import, generate, schedule, and publish. You must have rights to images, destination URLs, brand assets, and Pinterest accounts connected to your workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not use MegaToolBox for spam, deceptive publishing, malicious files, unauthorized access, privacy violations, platform abuse, or activity that violates Pinterest rules or applicable laws.
Accounts and security
You must keep login credentials secure and promptly revoke access for users who should no longer have workspace permissions. Administrators are responsible for roles, settings, backups, and API credentials.
API limits and availability
Publishing depends on Pinterest API availability, account health, OAuth permissions, rate limits, cron configuration, and hosting reliability. MegaToolBox includes retries and logs but cannot guarantee third-party API behavior.
Payments and plans
Paid plan terms, usage limits, billing cycles, cancellations, refunds, and enterprise terms are shown in the plan or agreement selected by the customer.
Intellectual property
MegaToolBox software, UI, branding, and documentation are owned by MegaToolBox or its licensors. Customer content remains the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaToolBox is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost traffic, publishing errors, API downtime, account restrictions, or data loss caused by misuse or third-party services.
